These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website www.sumoopskrba.com and the purchase of products provided by ŠUMOOPSKRBA d.o.o., a company incorporated under the laws of Croatia. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse in Croatia, you will receive automated email notifications containing tracking information at key stages of the transit process, including dispatch, arrival at logistics hubs, and local delivery. - Shipping and Delivery
We utilize international courier services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to facilitate the delivery of your items.
Estimated Delivery: Standard transit time is estimated at 5–7 business days.
Delays: Should an order exceed the standard transit timeframe, we will initiate a formal investigation with the relevant carrier. Based on the findings of this investigation, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund or a replacement shipment.
Transfer of Risk: In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with ŠUMOOPSKRBA d.o.o. until the goods are physically acquired by you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier).
- Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the European Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent via email to handheld@sumoopskrba.com.
Return Policy: If you exercise this right, you must send the goods back to us at the address provided in Section 1 without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
- Damaged or Defective Goods
We maintain strict quality control. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team at handheld@sumoopskrba.com within a reasonable timeframe after receipt.
Evidence: To facilitate the processing of your request, we require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Resolution: Upon verification of the provided evidence, we will, at your preference, issue a refund or dispatch a replacement item. You are not required to return the damaged item to us.
- Limitation of Liability
ŠUMOOPSKRBA d.o.o. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where prohibited by applicable Croatian and European law. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total price paid for the products in the relevant order. - Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia.
